Marina Development
The waters in and around Santa Ines Bay provide for some of the best year-round sport fishing in Mexico. While the homeowners of Santa Ines Bay Estates have immediate ocean access with one of only two boat launches in all of Punta Chivato, plans are in place to enhance the boating and fishing experience with a marina. The marina will be encased by a substantial breakwater and encompass docks to support a final configuration of between 32 and 40 slips. Click Here for Marina Illustration.
Upon verification of sufficient community interest, the developers of Santa Ines Bay Estates have plans to move forward with construction of the first marina in Punta Chivato. The marina will be easily accessible by the community. Land has also been set aside by the developer to provide marina vehicle and trailer parking near the boat launch.
If you are interested in owning or renting a slip, an interest list has been formed by the developers which will be used to determine the optimal configuration and offers. Slips will be made available to the property owners of Santa Ines Bay Estates on a first come first served basis, with a small number of residual slips made available to outside neighbors in the interest of keeping overall pricing to the Santa Ines Bay Estates property owners as economical as possible.
