Condominium Development

The developer has specified two land parcels for future condominium development. Plans have been drawn for spacious 2 and 3 bedroom two-story units with enclosed garages, some sufficiently sized for boat storage, and generous decks and ocean view balconies.

The condominium parcels are within a few hundred feet of the beach and the developers have set aside an ocean front lot for the use of the condominium and other homeowners to provide the same beach access as the oceanfront property holders enjoy.
